      • About 20 live cockroaches were observed on a glue board monitoring station behind a refrigeration unit located next to the dishwashing sink.Request pest control to visit the food premise and replace glue boards in all monitoring stations.Also request pest control to layout additional glue boards throughout the food premise (behind all refrigeration units, beneath drink fountain station, beneath cooking and hot holding stations) to get a better understanding of the pest problem.- Store all open foods and client disposables in pest proof containers with protective covers.- Staff personal belongings should be stored in pest proof containers with covers.- Clean all hard to reached areas in the facility.
