      • Bags of rice were stored on the floor in the dishwashing area. Store all food at least 6 inches off the floor.

      • Noodle in containers soaked in water was still observed out at room temperature. The noodles soaked in water was immediately moved into a walk-in cooler.

      • There is no faucet on the 2-compartment sink in the back kitchen area.Replace or repair the broken water faucet on the 2-compartment sink.

      • A plastic cup noted inside an ice machine is being used to scoop ice.Acquire proper ice scoop with handle.
