Balfour Supermart!!! An Amazing store. Amazing Wonderful staff, Isha and Jatin. So friendly and helpful. That store Has Everything a person needs while camping or any everyday items for ppl who live there or surrounding area. Prices are fantastic, selections of products great and great selection of beer, coolers and liquor too. We were camping nearby Kokanee Creek Prov Park. We shopped Daily there. ❤️

I recently tried the pizza at Balfour superette and honestly, it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh, and every bite was full of flavor. You can really tell that care goes into making the food. A special thanks to Bhumika for preparing such a delicious pizza and providing such a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good pizza in Balfour!.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service we received from the employee working the closing shift at this store on October 10th. Despite calling ahead to confirm closing time and arriving 5 minutes early, we were met with a rude attitude and the door was closed abruptly, preventing us from entering. It's clear this employee is not a good fit for your team. I strongly suggest re-evaluating their role and finding someone with better customer service skills. SHE IS THE WORST! Worst employee! Worst attitude! I was reading the reviews and I think its the same old sad, unhappy, ungrateful women! Again, to the owner consider changing your staff!

This normally friendly place that we have enjoyed every summer for 40* years is no longer so. There are new owners that are more interested in texting than providing any sort of speakable customer service. The cashier ringing me through literally stopped twice to respond to texts. No smiles, no eye contact, no thank you or have a nice day, nothing. I guess all good things eventually come to an end. Avoid giving your money to people who don’t appreciate your business. Avoid the Balfour Superette.

What surprised us most though was the friendly and helpful young couple running the store. Not at all what we were led to believe from previous comments!

Great staff super helpful

Horrible service. Mean spirited old woman behind the counter who seems to delight in being hurtful. Expired food on the shelves. Balfour deserves better than this. Go to Gill & Gift around the corner by the ferry terminal instead, they’re very kind and friendly there.

This is our local store, which we have supported for the last few years. Decent selection and friendly employees. HOWEVER the owner is so utterly rude and unpleasant that we don't intend to shop there any more. Not sure what his problem is, but he has zero concept of customer service.

For a "country" store, they have an amazing collection of items--you can find almost anything you might need. The women who work there are especially nice and competent. Very clean and well stocked.

Overpriced, closes way too early and does not update their schedule, owner is aggresive and rude. Only survives because the next best option is a 20 minute drive and hold the monopoly in the area. Plan a trip to Safeway then going here.

I stop here everytime I go through Belfour to pick up a six pack and a pep and ched. If I'm not in a rush usually pick up one of the hitchhikers waiting across the road. Great selection of Ceasar making supplies.5 stars.

When in Balfour, you can't not stop in this shop. It has everything you need so that you don't have to head into Nelson. They have Booze to hot dogs to ice cream.

For a small store they have a great selection including a small hardware section that often has that one thing you need! Great store to have near by.
