      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher not dispensing any chlorine for rinse cycle. Sanitizer bucket was replaced to a new bottle and >50ppm chlorine was achieved at plate level after final rinse.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the sanitizer level monitored on a regular basis.
