Barburrito Restaurant

Although the taste is good, the portion size is misleading. In the advertisement, the portion size clearly indates a full bowl of basic ingredients, however I received less than half a bowl. Probably better off ordering regular items as the value menu does not have value.

Nice new building so everything is big and open. Has a patio with a view of the lake or a couple tables inside with big windows. Food hit the spot. Service was polite and accommodating and fast even with waiting for the steak to be made fresh. No complaints here.

Visiting from the USA, I can honestly say this place would not last long if it had to compete with the standards back home. I ordered the falafel bowl, and it was one of the most mediocre meals I’ve had in a while, too salty, lacking flavor, and laughably small for nearly $20 CAD. It felt less like paying for a meal and more like paying to be disappointed. The service was equally bad. The girl at the counter handed me the food like she could not care less, and I had to ask for a bag, cutlery, and napkins myself. That should be automatic, not something the customer has to remind staff about. Basic etiquette seemed completely absent. The restaurant itself looked dirty too. The tables were unclean, the floors looked like they had been ignored, and the whole place felt like it needed a proper sweep and mop. It gave off a neglected, low-effort vibe from the second I walked in. Compared to the USA, the standards here felt incredibly low. Smaller portions, worse service, dirtier surroundings, and higher prices for food that was not even good. Nothing about this place felt authentic or worth recommending. This was my first and last visit. Overpriced, dirty, careless service, and mediocre food. Definitely not a place I’d recommend to anyone.

Arrived at the Williams Lake location at 3pm. Front door locked. All employees gathering and hanging out in the back, hugging and having a great little time. Had to go through the back door to get service. I was on FaceTime with my daughter and a staff member asked and accused me of videoing them. Terrible service, do better.

Cataline Elementary PAC approached BarBURRITO in Williams Lake about ordering burritos and salads for student lunches as part of our Munch-a-Lunch program. The students and staff have loved this lunch option! Students commented, "These are the BEST BURRITOS EVER," "We want these EVERY DAY," and "They taste so good!" Ravi and Lori have made the experience so easy! They are so accommodating and have made helpful suggestions to further improve the experience! Orders are hot and ready on time for pickup! Thanks so much to Ravi and her staff at BarBURRITO for providing such excellent service and a fantastic product for our students and staff! I would highly recommend others try BarBURRITO in Williams Lake!

My sister and I ordered on UberEats for pick up. On the app, there were no chips listed. I told her that's fine, she can just pay for chips when she gets there. I paid for two burritos, one guacamole and one queso. Again, on the UberEats app, there are no chips listed in their items. My sister arrives and explains, says she wants to buy two bags of chips as she is picking up our order. The cashier then made a big deal about how they can't sell her just chips because they go with the dips (which we bought two of that didn't come with chips). Rather than fixing the problem and getting us the two bags of chips, she made a big deal out of it. I genuinely don't understand what the problem was about two bags of chips to go with the dips we already purchased. We ended up buying chips from the gas station because the staff member made such an issue of it. Good food. Bad customer service.

Bar Burrito is sincerely the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Aside from all the options to choose from, the quality in food is incredible and fresh. The staff are friendly, and chatty, and keep me coming back for more. I would NOT be surprised if the chain went global and had restaurants all over. My point is, EAT HERE

BarBurrito never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like it. Their burrito bowls and tacos are packed with great ingredients, and everything tastes super fresh. I love that they have gluten-free and vegetarian options, which makes it super easy for anyone to find something delicious. The staff are friendly, fast, and always make sure my order is perfect — even with my dietary restrictions. The portions are generous, and the place is always clean and welcoming. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a craving fix, BarBurrito is easily one of my favorite spots to eat.
