- Some food debris noted on back of slicer blade/guard and operator not aware of how to adequately disassemble for cleaning/sanitizing. IF using slicer, ensure it is taken apart and cleaned/sanitized between uses.

- Initially no thermometer in main kitchen fridge. However, thermometers are on site; thermometer provided for fridge. Ensure fridge temperature stays at 4C or below.
