      • 1. Sanitizer (bleach) was too weak in 3rd compartment of sink to adequately sanitize dishes. Ensure sanitizer is checked with test strips and items remain immersed in sanitizer sink for at least 2 minutes.2. Staff report that blender containers and hot chocolate cups are washed/rinsed/sanitized at the end of the day. Ensure these items are washed/rinsed/sanitized in 3 compartment sink at least every 4 hours.
