No test strips were available to test the concentration of high-level disinfectant. It was addressed during the inspection.

      • Cavicide disinfectant used for disinfection of permanent make-up machine and surfaces in the room expired in November 2022. It was discarded during the inspection. Preempt RTU will be used instead (available).
