      • No records of testing of high-level disinfectant were available for November 2025 and December 1 to December 9, 2025 (records for December 10 to December 31, 2025, and January 2026 were available).

      • The manufacturer's instructions for use of Preempt CS20 were not followed: it was reported that the tools were soaked sometimes for 3 minutes only.

      • Antiseptic product used for clients' skin preparation prior to permanent make-up/microblading services was unacceptable: it did not have a DIN or NPN. Obtain an appropriate antiseptic product.

      • Some cosmetic products observed in the eyelash extension room did not have appropriate labels: some were missing the ingredients lists, and some were in unlabeled containers. Ensure that all cosmetic products have appropriate labels.

      • 1. No records of testing of high-level disinfectant were available, and no testing of disinfectant has been conducted as required for disinfectant used for manicure/pedicure tools. 2. No test strips were available to test the concentration of high-level disinfectant. It was addressed during the inspection.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Cavicide disinfectant used for disinfection of permanent make-up machine and surfaces in the room expired in November 2022. It was discarded during the inspection. Preempt RTU will be used instead (available).

Discussed: the front room sink will be used for hand washing only, and the back room sink will be used for tools reprocessing.
