- 1. Management was unable to locate recent pest control records at the time of inspection. ACTION REQUIRED: email the last three months' pest control records.2. A gap (~0.5cm) was observed between the opening side of the front exterior doors (double door). ACTION REQUIRED: ensure all doorways are tightly sealed. Send documentation and/or a photo that the above doorway has been tightly sealed.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- The two-compartment sink plumbing was leaking. Management noted the sink was not in use due to the issue & a service request ticket has already been submitted. ACTION REQUIRED: send documentation (service report) once the plumbing concern has been corrected.
