      • Frozen ground beef wrapped in plastic were store on the floor inside the walk-in freezer. - Store all food product off the floor to prevent potential contamination.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mouse droppings were found on the floor beneath shelves in the cereal storage room.- Use bleach solution to clean up all mice droppings in the food premise. Remove equipment from the wall before cleaning.- Conduct a thorough assessment of all walls in the building and seal up any identified openings. Holes on wall around plumbing underneath sinks should be sealed.- Ensure all exterior doors to the school are properly fitted with intact weather stripping to prevent pest entry.
