      • The hot tubs injector was clogged, preventing any chemicals from being pumped into the system.Operator stated that they will inform the PHI once they fix the injector and stabilize the chemical parameters.

      • The total alkalinity level was 0 ppm due to the clogging of an injector. PHI advised the operator to close down the hot tub for the meantime and inform the PHI once the injector is repaired.
