      • The corners of the diapering table had build-up debris. Clean and disinfect the diapering station. Ensure the surfaces and corners of the diapering table are cleaned and disinfected after every use.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Plants throughout the facility were unlabeled and the operators did not fully know plant names. Label plants and ensure all plants are non-toxic and non-poisonous.
