    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • * Safety belt not attached to the diaper table in the baby room. Please attach the belt to the diapering surface in the baby room. Or have a belt that weaves through notches in the diaper table and up and over the pad to ensure the child is secure in place. For the blue bathroom: The belt is attached to the diapering pad but the diapering pad is not attached to the diapering table. The belt also had tape on it. This diapering area is for bigger kids, If this is used then it needs to be repaired so the child is secure when on the table. Or remove diapering table and diaper on the floor/standing up.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Sleep mats in the rooms were stacked with bedding touching. Sleep mats that store touching must be disinfected between usage with bedding stored separate
