- Tweezers are not being cleaned prior to disinfection. Microscopic bacteria can be on the surface of items, even if they appear clean to the human eye. Please ensure that equipment is being cleaned prior to disinfection, to lower bacteria on the object.

- No bottle of PreEmpt solution was available for reprocessing equipment. The operator indicated that they will be ordering more by the end of the week and had small amount left to use. The solution that was being used was tested the morning of the inspection and was at the proper concentration. Please ensure that a photo of the solution is sent once received by end of week.
