Thoughtful planning went into this park. The playgrounds are good for various ages, abilities, and interests. So nice to see wheelchair accessible and diversability inclusion. There is a spray park, multiple playgrounds, soccer fields, covered meeting area, skate park and more. Washroom facilities were well kept. One of the best parks!

Great park in town for toddlers up to teens to enjoy. Water park, skate park and playgrounds ( 1 for smalls and the other for bigger kids.) There is a great concession stand with some good options and reasonable prices.

Dog park was ok, wasn’t anything special. Honestly smelt like pee and poo. They didn’t have a spot for small dogs which was disappointing. But it was all fenced in. This park is ideal for bigger dogs to run around and get their energy out.

Great splash park, kids love going here to the playground, lots of various sports fields, circuit exercising equipment, skate park, and off leash dog walking in the fairgrounds across the street. There are bathrooms that are usually open and a snack stand that is sometimes open.

What a hoot! That amazing big tellow ball fills with water...dumps onto the yellow platform and sprays an incredible amout if water on the little critters running around underneath. Ages 2 to 12 and any adult who would like to enjoy this wonderful setting. And its free... Unbelievable!

Quiet Park around a homeless shelter/ safe injection site. Unfortunately there are some beautiful houses right next door to the shelter which I'm sure they're not very fond of but in my stay there, the people individually kept to themselves and didn't disturb the community around them from my experience at least . Located just after the train tracks by the church foundation that provides great donation deals / prices for essential and non-essential items, home furnishings and clothing, books

OK spot to take the dog out It can get pretty muddy out there, and there's some huge puddles the dogs like to play in. You should bring a towel if you drive there. Its a huge area for pets to run around in also has a kind of sand track space. Do be careful if your dog is an escape artist there a couple of spots along the road side where they can get out. No trails!

Stopped by here to let the kid burn off some energy while traveling. Absolutely amazing. The ground is super soft rubber, so easy access for everyone, many different types of play areas for kids of all ages. Bathroom was pretty clean as well. The view was stunning as well. Perfect place to go with the kids if you're near there

Lots of parking, the playground was clean, the covered area we were using was really big too. I am sure it would be a great time in the summer with the water park running.

Great spot! Cool graffiti on the skate park, an awesome water park, and tons of space for the family (or Pokemon Go squad) to stretch out and play!

This park is 100% awesome. It has a super cool spray park (though be prepared for just how cold the water is!), and it has a skate park for a variety of levels of expertise, it has two playgrounds, and it has grassy areas. Well worth …

Beautiful, spacious park! The gazebo has so much room under the roof and the spray park is a child-favourite! Very nice parking with bigger vehicles also, or towing a trailer.

I came to take my dogs to the doggy park across the street which was absolutely wonderful as it was right in town close to my other stops and I only needed to be in town for a very short time so it was perfect!

    • Julie Jones

Great park to take your kids and in the summer there is a spray park so it can enjoyable even on hot days. Also has places to sit for large groups and bathrooms.

    • Pure_cummins

My young children really like the park, has lots to offer, water park, pool, play set, outdoor exercise equipment and a skate park. Not to mention the small out door museum talking about the local school and history of the park. Area is fenced in as well.

Great park for the kids to play, the food concession was open and prices are reasonable. It would be nice to have a few covered areas to sit. The slide is blocked off so the kids cannot use it, not sure why.

    • Harold B

My kids came to play at this park during a visit to Salmon Arm in 2020, and loved it. It's a beautiful park with lots to do for families with young children: play structures, a splash park, a skate park, etc. Everything was clean and in good condition.

    • Stephen Burchill

Park was ok but homeless tents in area was sketchy and be careful, don't want to get arrested or a ticket for driving on the pride flag they painted on the street because they'll get you for hate speech if it gets marks.

    • Julia Grant

Great city park, huge playground area with a splash pad beside the sports fields, washrooms were clean and lots of families were out enjoying the sun when we stopped on our way through town.

    • Philip

Kids always have fun here! We have yet to try the splash park, but it sure looks fun. I wish there was a bit more shade, but they have public washrooms and free WIFI
