- No food safety certificate was available at the time of the inspection. Please have someone in care and control take a food safety certificate and provide PHI with certificate when completed. January 11th, 2023, update: The individual who runs the hot lunch program had taken the food safety basics course. The food safety basics course is not an approved food safety course. Please take and complete an approved food safety course. List of approved courses to be emailed along with this report.
