      • Observation(s): Quat test strips are available. Ensure an accurate physical thermometer (e.g. NSF certified) is available inside the display cooler.
      • F2.1B A thermometer accurate within 1 °C must be available to monitor processes.
    • F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
      • Observation(s): Dishwasher is able to reach 71°C or higher when measured using a maximum registering thermometer. Quat sanitizer hooked up to automatic dispenser was dispensing 0 ppm of quat sanitizer. Sanitizer appeared to be stuck in the line. Repair the automatic dispenser. Operator did not have a key to access the sanitizer hooked up to the dispenser and did not have a spare sanitizer container to manually prepare sanitizer solution during the inspection.
      • F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.

      • Observation(s): Multiple dogs inside the premises in the dishwasher area during inspection. Dog bowls and dog toy/bone in dishwashing space. "Doggie door/gate" located at entrance to dishwashing area. Ensure dogs are not permitted inside the premises. Document for allowing dogs in outdoor dining areas will be provided.

    Absolutely beautiful interior space and view, just an amazing place to spend time in and the you add in the delicious wines and it makes for a great time! Would recommend this winery to anyone looking for a place to get a little dressed up and go out on the town but truthfully we wore our hiking gear in and the lovely man who was helping us didn’t make us feel any different. It was a great time and they even waived the wasting fee with the purchase of wine so it made the entire experience that much more worth it!
