     • Update- under renovation. Update on 27th April:Manager confirmed that they will renovate the waxing room wallpaper. Update on April 7/20261. Wallpaper located at hand washing sink in waxing room was lifted and difficult to clean. 2. 2 pedicure chairs had ripped surface. Action required:Please Repair/replace/put covers on the damaged chairs so the surface is moisture‑resistant and easy to clean.Ensure that all walls are smooth, easily cleanable.

Brushes must be maintained in a visibly clean condition at all times.

The CS20 soak contained nail debris and dirt settled at the bottom. The solution passed the AHP 7% test strip; however, this indicates that proper cleaning is not being performed before placing tools into the CS20 soak.- Instructions were provided. 3. Used drill bits were stored inside the bowl filled with nail dust. Instruction provided to take the used tools back for reprocessing.4. Water was not draining from the basin in one of the pedicure chairs. - Please check the issue and rectify it.

     • Update on April7/2026-At all the pedicure station drawers, it was observed that the foot scrub gels were stored in glass containers without lids and another product was also missing the lid-Wooden single use implements to dispense product from the bulk container were being stored inside the bulk container.Action required:-Ensure that scoops are not stored inside product and these single use implements to dispense product are discarded after each use.- Put lids on all product containers to prevent it from environmental contamination. As another option, the scrub gel can be portioned into small plastic cups for each service.

Ensure that scrubbing is completed along with cleaning to remove biofilms and debris and visually inspect the basin for cleanliness before applying the disinfectant.
