      • 1. There were 4 high-level disinfectant trays with disinfectant however the original/bulk supply had allegedly been discarded so disinfectant could not be verified. Advised owner to obtain high-level disinfectant and the keep original/bulk supply at the facility so labelling requirements can be confirmed.2. Indicator test strips were not available on-site at the time of inspection. If using PreEmpt CS20, obtain AHP7 indicator test strips (50-count).3. High-level disinfectant logs were not being maintained. Discussed how to maintain proper high-level disinfectant logs, to keep logs for each disinfectant tray used and to keep a 2-year history of logs as proof that high-level disinfectant logs are being maintained as required.

Written procedures for cleansing skin have been completed for the following services: -manicure -pedicure -waxing Written procedures for accidental skin cuts or punctures was provided to the operator at the time of inspection. Written procedures for handwashing and equipment reprocessing sink decontamination was completed at the time of inspection.
