- Observation(s): Very high concentration of bleach solution was being used in the facility (employee indicated it was likely 1 to 4 with water). Discussed proper dilution of chlorine solutions.
- F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.

- Observation(s): 1. Facility is becoming busier and areas for wrapping has expanded. An addition of a wall between the wrapping area and the office area will increase aid in cleaning and sanitation of the food area and create separation between incompatible activities. 2. The ground where the outdoor smoker is constructed with gravel. Replacing the gravel with a durable surface such as concrete would facilitate easier cleaning and sanitation.

- Observation(s): 1. Flies present in the establishment. Fly tape and an electronic fly trap are in use but are not effectively destroying all flies present. As discussed, please increase the use of pest control devices. In the night time when you are not in operation, you can utilize more devices. As well, please keep doors closed as much as possible. 2. 'Flappers' are required to be installed where the rail system comes into the central cooler area.
