- Observation(s): Operator does not have a valid FoodSafe certification. As discussed the operator and in their absence one person at all time must have valid FoodSafe certification. Operator noted they enrolled in the June 13, 2025 course but was unable to attend. Operator will inform EHO of next local in person enrollment date.

- Observation(s): Facility was renovated without prior approval. The dipper well must be relocated to the hard scoop ice cream area prior to re-opening the area for the next summer season.
