     • The disinfectants being used are not food safe so the surface or item should be rinsed or wiped with clean water after application to ensure there is no risk. The operator was instructed to ensure toys and surfaces are rinsed by potable water after application of this disinfectant. This violation was changed from Not In Compliance to Corrected during Inspection due to discussion with operator and guidance documents being given.
   • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
     • The toys are not being cleaned and sanitized properly. The toys are being soaked in soap and water for washing but are not being wiped, sprayed or submerged in an approved sanitizer afterwards. The operator must ensure that toys are disinfected with an approved sanitizer after washing. This violation was changed from Not In Compliance to Corrected during Inspection due to discussion with operator and guidance documents being given.
