      • Some required written procedures were not observed. The operator adopted the AHS written procedures templates during inspection. Procedures for skin cleansing, application of antiseptic, accidental skin cut or puncture and dual-purpose sink use were provided by the PHI during inspection.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Observed high-level disinfectant (Preempt CS20) and Preempt RTU has expired. Please obtain new bottles. Note that Preempt RTU cannot be used to disinfect semi-critical tools such as manicure and pedicure tools. Ensure Preempt CS20 is used as discussed.
