- F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
- Observation(s): Observed a layer of biofilm on the ice machine. Please clean the ice machine to remove the existing biofilm by December 23, 2025. Going forward, ensure the ice machine is cleaned weekly to prevent the build-up of biofilm and debris.

- Observation(s): 1) Observed the front handwashing sink to be filled with dishes. Handwashing sinks must be dedicated to handwashing only to ensure they remain accessible at all times and to prevent the contamination of hands. 2) Observed the handwashing sink in the kitchen to be obstructed by a mop bucket. Handwashing sinks must remain unobstructed at all times to allow for proper hand hygiene.

Handwashing stations must remain unobstructed at all times to ensure proper handwashing practices. Additionally, these sinks must be dedicated for handwashing only to prevent cross-contamination from any items placed in the sink.
