- 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done:
(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- Equipment for slushies and popcorn must be cleaned and sanitized using appropriate dishwashing facilities utilizing a (1) wash, (2) rinse, (3) sanitize, (4) air dry method.
