      • Senior room exit door was missing weather stripping.Operator was able to arrange the weather stripping before the end of business day and sent pictures to PHI, confirming that the said door has been vermin proofed.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) Mouthed toy bins were not observed in infant and toddler room.Violation was corrected during the inspection.2) An under sink storage cabinet in infant room was observed to be unlocked, small art and craft materials were promptly removed from the said cabinet.
