    • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
      • Following concerns were addressed during the inspection for junior toddlers room:- A cabinet under the handwashing sink was unlocked.- Electric outlet was missing covers. - Diapers rash creams (medicated) were observed to be accessible to children.- Foam toys with deep bite marks were observed in the room.-A small play coin was observed in toys basket (possible choking hazard).Operator took prompt action to address the indicated violations.** Children in the junior toddler room were observed to be using **pom pom** for sensory play, under supervision.Please note that young children, especially those under three, frequently put objects in their mouth. Small toys, small balls or small loose or broken toy parts are choking hazards. It is highly recommended to avoid using small play items for young children that could be possible choking hazard.

      • Following observations were made in the Pre-schoolers room:** Paper towel in the preschooler room was stuck in its dispenser, making it inaccessible to children.** Gap was observed between the exterior door and floor in the preschooler room.** Sanitizer was not available in the children bathroom to sanitize the surfaces.Violations were addressed during the inspection.

      • Senior room exit door was missing weather stripping.Operator was able to arrange the weather stripping before the end of business day and sent pictures to PHI, confirming that the said door has been vermin proofed.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) Mouthed toy bins were not observed in infant and toddler room.Violation was corrected during the inspection.2) An under sink storage cabinet in infant room was observed to be unlocked, small art and craft materials were promptly removed from the said cabinet.
