      • Several areas of the tiled deck are replaced with duct tapes. Operator indicated that tile replacement work order has been placed and repair should start end of November. Please notify PHI when work is completed.

      • Automated chemical feed for pH is not working. Operation Management has already contacted for repair / replacement. In the interim, please provide the following:1. Repair/ replacement date for the pH controller. 2. Intervals that pH is monitored during and out of hours of operation. 3. Response plan when pH requires manual adjustment (i.e. calculation of how much chemical to add). Lastly, ensure all required information are documented.
