    • 04. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
      • Free chlorine was measured as 0.7ppm; ORP setpoint was increased on the controller and free chlorine measured 2.80ppm by end of inspection.
    • 10. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Non-Critical)?
      • Water level was too high for skimmers (weirs won't work as effectively). Corrected during inspection.
    • 13. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Non-Critical)?
      • Clock has not yet been mounted in pool area. Working clock to be placed in area where whirlpool bathers can clearly see it without having to exit the whirlpool.
    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • Signage indicates that the bather load is 10; either needs to be changed to 10/hour; or 6 (based on surface area of the whirlpool).There are some errors/clarifications needed on the anti-entrapment plans. Please correct and provide a copy.
