    I have been for bubble tea before and loved the banh mi they used to have, so when we got stuck in Cranbrook we decided to check out the new menu and were not disappointed! They are now doing pasta and it was delicious! There’s a good variety of sauces, and it was super easy for my vegetarian friend and my meat-loving self to find what we liked. Pasta came out perfectly cooked al dente, very fast and piping hot! Decent portions, fair price. Tiramisu was wonderful. Would definitely recommend. The atmosphere is lacking a bit (it’s very nice but plain) but they might still be working on it.

    Bubble Hut Cafe is a nice option for the Cranbrook area. I had the lychee fruit tea with boba and found the drink refreshing: soft and chewy boba and flavorful drink. I got 25% sugar and was glad I reduced the sugar because the boba already comes with a sweet simple syrup. While this isn't the best bubble tea I've had, its a great option for a small town like Cranbrook.

    Love this place! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Did have a mishap with food allergy knowledge. Many times I went there I asked if the flavour powders contain dairy which they assured me they didn't. I got sick from one of my drinks and next time I went in asked if I could read the ingredients myself. As I am vegan and do not consume any animal products. Sure enough many of the flavored powders contain dairy. The staff was very kind and said they would make sure next time to know exactly which items I could have. I haven't had any issues since then.

    Great restaurant! Extremely friendly staff and options for either dine-in or takeout. Lots of choices for food and drink from their new and improved menus. My favourite is the taro milk tea with lychee fruit. The best thing, in my opinion, is that you can choose the level of sweetness for your drinks. Gluten free and vegetarian options available.

    Our family love this place. The drinks are fantastic and everyone gets their own fav. The staff are always so patient with our daughters trying to figure out what they want. The Bahn mi sandwiches...well, I find myself craving them often! Get in there and check out the exciting and yummy menu.

    I have only ever gotten bubble tea, no baked goods. But every single time it is excellent! It is more on the expensive side but it’s understandable. Definitely stop here if you are going through Cranbrook!
