    I love the Penticton Bulk Barn! Whenever I need a hard to find food, I can always find it there. The store manager, Shelley is absolutely marvelous. She always remembers me and is extremely pleasant and more than happy to help, even if I need something ordered in for me. I try to make sure I go there every time I need ingredients, whether it's for a specialty cake, Christmas baking, seasonal ingredients or just hard to find items. Best place ever!

    Bring your own containers and save money on certain days. I love buying my spices here! I could buy 1 bottle of spices from the grocery store for what I pay to refill almost all my spices here! (avoid the candy aisles though, dangerous on the diet! 😂)

    Initial greetings are warm and cordial. Atmosphere is bright and very well kept. While the selection of spice and cooking ingredients are limited, this is a dominant strength. Consistent sales ensure freshness. Staff is generally knowledgeable and offer great ideas for spice combinations. Definitely worth stopping in. However, word to the wise: try not to linger in the candy aisle for very long. It's far too easy to let the sweet tooth do the shopping

    So a little while ago, Bulk Barn send out emails stating that they will label items as "products of canada". What they are actually doing is labeling as "processed in Canada". The consumer still does not know where the item comes from. Processed could mean a large shipment of an item from the USA is arrived at Bulk Barns plant and the repackaged in Canada. NOT ACCEPTABLE. People out there, let them know this is not ok, please.

    I love that they have a program to bring in your own containers! I will buy things specially from here for that reason alone. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating, love this place keep up the good work! Would love to see more options for refillable personal products like shampoo, soaps, laundry detergent etc

    It's bulk barn - always good. This time, there were tons of sales, fully stocked, and I appreciated that they gave me a coupon at checkout when I told them I didn't get mine in the mail. Saved me 5 bucks. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is very clean. No complaints here at all.

    Excellent selection and staff. Great reusable container program, too. They can weigh your own containers when you come in, and then you can fill the containers directly. Very handy.

    We came looking for licorice cigars. Apparently everyone else had too because that was the only item that was gone. They had a ton of items in bulk. I bet if you are looking for it and you can't find it anywhere else this place will have a barrel of it!
