Try the japanese egg salad sandwich today. It tastes exactly the same as a regular egg salad sandwich. Cookies were delicious.

I stopped for a quick coffee refill and left my keys inside the car. When I was returning, my excited puppy, jumped and hit the power door locks, locking me out and the dog inside. I went inside and got some immediate assistance from the very helpful staff and was able to get a piece of scrap metal to be able to get inside the car. Thanks 7-Eleven Skaha! 🙏🙏🙏 Customer for life here!!

Disappointedly, this store has changed from supplying packets of mustard or ketchup with their hot dogs , instead they seem to have chosen to have their employees dump the mustard or ketchup on their own for a delivery. Not even in the amounts that I would like. Unfortunately, by the time my SKIP order got to me the buns were too soggy and falling apart. The inside of the boxes were smeared with all the ketchup and mustard. Even if you had to charge an extra 50 cents for packets, that would be a better choice than what was delivered to my grandkids tonight. Awful! Had a response from the so-called owner to contact at some shady website for more information related to my complaint. Mr. Whoever you are “owner “, look at the photos of what I received - besides my explanation and photos, what else do you need to know to fix the problem? This was Skip order # 721723194. October 22, 2025.

Boycot 7/11 such as this who asvertise and make you type your number for a point program that needs wifi to spend but don't have working wifi. It is a scam. When they had wifi the points were worth the time, now no so much

We went to this 7-Eleven around 10:00 PM January 11, 2026! and had a very unpleasant experience. The two staff members on duty were rude and unwelcoming. They gave us hostile looks and were talking to each other in another language while looking at us, which made us feel very uncomfortable. We were planning to make a purchase, but because of their attitude and lack of basic customer service, we decided not to buy anything and just leave. One staff member wearing glasses also spoke in a disrespectful tone and slammed the cash tray on the till, clearly showing frustration. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper customer service training, as this kind of behavior drives customers away.🤬🤬

I have been visiting this 7-Eleven located at 2903 Skaha Lake Road, for over 2 years, and I have never experienced such a terrible and unpleasant visit as I did last night between 9:30 and 10:00 p.m. The employee working Navpreet at that time was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I entered, she didn’t greet me or provide any customer service. She kept watching me closely me around the store as if I was doing something wrong, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Even though I was polite and respectful while speaking to her, she still spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. As a man i have women’s in my family too and i always treat women with respect and have never spoken to anyone in a disrespectful way, but her attitude and words were completely inappropriate and uncalled for. I also noticed that there was another employee working at the same time , that guy was very polite and professional, which makes the rude behavior of her even more noticeable. I don’t understand why she acted this way, but it made the whole shopping experience stressful and unpleasant. As people living in this country, customers deserve to be treated with respect, common courtesy, and basic manners. Unfortunately, this employee did not value gratitude, greeting customers, or showing respect. This behavior is unacceptable, especially in a public-facing role where good customer service should be standard. I’ve been a regular at this location for over 2 years, and I have never experienced such unwelcoming and disrespectful treatment before. Customers should never feel disrespected, watched, or treated unfairly just for coming in to shop. Management needs to ensure they hire good people who understand how to treat customers properly and provide proper training to maintain professional and respectful service. She doesn’t even seem to understand what good customer service is, because she didn’t make any effort to show basic etiquette or courtesy, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I strongly hope that store management takes this seriously and addresses this issue, so that proper training and attention to customer service are provided at this location.

Travelling over 10 hours to get to Penticton.. specifically find a 711 so it's open for a top up of fuel and restroom break. Guy won't even give you the washroom key after filling up and purchasing items inside. Ignorant to deny a paying customer basic human needs.
