- OBSERVED TCS FOOD ITEMS (TOMATOES, LETTUCE) UTILIZING APPROVED TIME AS A PUBLIC HEALTH CONTROL AT THE FRONT SERVICE LINE NOT MARKED WITH TIME THAT IS FOUR HOURS PAST THE POINT IN TIME WHEN THE FOOD WAS REMOVED FROM TMEPERATURE CONTROL.
