- A paper towel dispenser or holder was not available at the handwashing sink.Store paper towels in a dispenser or holder.

- 1) Mouse droppings were observed in the corner of the lab.2) There was a hole in the wall around the plumbing line of the handwashing sink located in the lab.3) There was a gap on the bottom perimeter of the double exterior doors.Remove mouse droppings safely and disinfect the contaminated area. Seal all possible pest entry points.Organize the area and store items off the floor to facilitate cleaning and monitoring of pests.
