- There is no sink in the salon for cleaning re-usable metal tools used for manicures.-Do not offer manicure services that involve using re-usable tools.

- Re-usable metal tools used for manicures were being rinsed in the hair wash sink and then cleaned in a bead sanitizer, therefore not being cleaned and disinfected properly.-Semi-critical re-usable metal tools must be first cleaned with detergent and water at a designated reprocessing sink, rinsed, and then disinfected in a high-level disinfectant following manufacturer's instructions for use. -Remove all metal tools from the salon and no longer offer full manicures as the salon is not equipped with a sink for reprocessing tools.
