Careful dispose the sharps container and obtain new ones. Regularly monitor the sharps container and refrain from filling past the fill line.

      • No written after-care instructions available to give to clients. Written after-care instructions must be provided to the clients to ensure they are aware of how to care for themselves after a procedure that punctures the skin. Please provide.

      • No sterility assurance documentation available to review. Sterility assurance documentation is required for equipment with a sterile claim (needle cartridges) Documentation must include the following: - The name of the client- The contact information of the client - The date of the service - Description of the service - The name of the staff member conducting the service. Ensure the sterility assurance documentation is completed for every service and every client. These records must be maintained for at least 2 years.
