   • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
     • Incense is being burned on a paper plate on top of the line cooler preparation surface where food handling takes place. No objections with this taking place, but ensure that the incense is stationed on a surface that is not for food handling purposes, such as the tables with computers set up. Also discussed the use of surfaces other than metal to collect the incense ashes as discussed previously by the assistant fire chief during a separate visit. The incense has been moved to the table with the computers across from the main line cooler.
