- Packages of landjaeger and genoa salami fermented meat products were brought back in the supply of stock that was returned to the store. The owner advised that the previous manager had prepared these products for retail sale without the understanding that both products were not approved by an AHS EPH Provincial Meat Specialist prior to approval being granted. The owner advised that all previously produced product has been pulled for sale but will be retained for private consumption. No objections noted to this proposal.

- Bleach-water sanitizing solution/bucket initially not available for use while processing had already begun. The owner prepared the solution when advised with a review of the concentration needed to effectively kill foodborne pathogens (1/2 teaspoon bleach in a litre of water = 100 ppm chlorine).
