- A sanitizer spray bottle was available but tested at less than 100 ppm quats using test strips.The facility remade the quats spray bottle, and the new solution measured 400 ppm, which is within the effective concentration range of 200–400 ppm.Please ensure sanitizer solutions are tested more regularly so low concentrations are identified promptly and new solutions are prepared before existing solutions become ineffective.
