Please clean and cover the hole.-A ceiling tile was split and dislodged in the storage/freezer room. Please replace.-Dust was observed on kitchen vents. Please clean and maintain regularly.

- Main kitchen hand sink was obstructed with bin and strainer at the start of the inspection. It was removed. Please keep sink free from obstruction and be accessible at all times. Front hand sink was fully equipped and accessible.
