      • - Observed upper wall surfaces throughout pool area has peeling paint and water damaged surfaces, rusting in open weave trusts (repeat x2 from previous routine inspection).- Observed ventilation system has dislodged diffuser grates hanging out of vent over pool (still not fixed since last inspection).- HVAC system is missing grates in other vents throughout pool area (still not repaired since last inspection).- Request that pool operators provide a timeline to have the above concerns addressed -* Previously observed condition remains as of July 3, 2025.* Work and planning in progress as of August, 2025*
