      • The 3-compartment dishwashing sink was not equipped with drain plugs. Obtain 3 well-fitting drain plugs to facilitate proper manual dishwashing.

      • Protective shipping plastic was still on equipment. Remove such that the equipment can be properly cleaned and sanitized.
