      • Staff personal food (lunch bags, coffee cups, personal food, etc.) and items were stored on kitchen counter and shelf between food prep and food wrapping station. Please designate separate area for staff items in area that does not contaminate public food or food contact surfaces.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The linoleum floor at the entrance of the dry storage room was damaged. Please repair so surface is smooth, nonporous and easily cleanable.

      • The pipe coming from the ice machine was leaking under the hand wash sink in the main kitchen. -Please repair the leak.

      • 1. Some of the plastic crates used to store milk and other items in the walk-in cooler were visibly dirty.-Please clean the crates.2. The kitchenette cupboards in Unit 3 Happy Home, Unit 2 East, and Unit 2 West had some debris build up, particularly the cupboards under the sink and the cupboards where the toasters were stored.-Please clean the cupboards in the kitchenettes.3. There was some debris build up under the 2-compartment sink in the ADP kitchen.-Please clean under the sink.

      • The temperature measured in one walk in cooler in the main kitchen was between 6-7 degrees Celsius.-Please monitor and adjust the temperature of the refrigerator as necessary to ensure it maintains 4 degrees Celsius or less.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The paint was peeling on one small area on the ceiling in the main kitchen.-Please refinish the ceiling where paint was peeling.

      • 1. The kitchenette in Unit 3 had water-stained ceiling tiles, water damaged cupboards and paint. -Please access the damage and remove and replace any water damaged building materials.2. The counter on one kitchenette in Unit 1 had water damage.-Please remove and replace any water damaged building materials.3. The tap on the 2 compartment sink in the main kitchen was dripping.-Please repair the tap.4. The walls in one walk in cooler in the main kitchen were pitted and no longer easy to clean.-Please repaint the walls in the walk in cooler.5. The arborite was coming off the cupboard door in one Unit 2 kitchenette, making the surface hard to clean.-Please repair.6. The ice machine was attached to a piece of uncleanable bare wood in the middle kitchenette on Unit 2.-Please ensure that all surfaces are impervious to moisture and easy to clean and sanitize.

      • 1. The cupboard under the ice machine and the condiment drawer in Unit 2 middle kitchenette had some debris build up.-Please clean.2. There were some plastic storage bins in the main kitchen that had a build up of debris in the bins and on the outside of the bins.-Please clean.3. The plastic container used to store clean wiping cloths in the main kitchen was dirty.-Please clean the container and label the container so it is clear it is for storing clean cloths only.4. One light shield cover was dirty over the dishwashing area in the main kitchen.-Please clean the light shield.
