      • i. The paint along the wall adjacent to the handwash sink and above the serving counter was chipping and falling off in a number of places. Repair the paint to prevent potential contamination of food/food contact surfaces. ii. One of the ceiling tiles above the dishwashing space was missing. Deb indicated there had been a leak in this space and the tile had been removed during repairs. Replace the missing ceiling tile.
