      • Bleach sanitizer solutions were not detected in the sinks where utensils were soaking. Ensure all chlorine sanitizer solutions are maintained at 100ppm. Corrected during the inspection. The operator added bleach to the solution. Chlorine was tested at 100 ppm.

      • No pest activity was observed.Exterior back/side door had a minor gap at the bottom, please repair or replace door.

      • A damp cleaning cloth was on a food prep surface.Ensure cloths are placed in a sanitizer solution when not in use.

      • Bowls were being used as scoops and were stored directly in the dry food bin.Ensure scoops with handles are used and stored in such a way as to protect the food from contamination (ie. store in a clean container outside the food container).
