- 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
- Violation (Outstanding): The handrail located near the window in the fence was loose. Please tighten the handrail to allow safe entry and exit of pool for patrons. All hand rails except one had been tightened. Operator explained they tried to tighten it and believe the a screw is stripped and will be replacing it.
