- Violation (Outstanding): Quats test strips must be obtained to ensure concentration of Quats surface sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm. No QUAT test strips were available to test the concentration of the QUAT surface sanitizer. Please acquire QUAT test strips to be able to test and verify the concentration of the solution (200ppm). The solution was tested at the time of the inspection with the inspectors test strips and was satisfactory.
