- Observation(s): Fridge near the cashier counter had potentially hazardous foods at the front of the fridge measured to be at 7°C. The fridge did not have a thermometer inside of it. Please move foods at the front of the fridge further back in the fridge for better cooling and have a thermometer placed inside the fridge.
- F1.2B Potentially hazardous foods must be stored or displayed at a temperature of 4 °C (40 °F) or colder.
- F2.7 Are there handwashing stations available and properly supplied?
- Observation(s): The number of handwashing stations is adequate. One hand sink near the coffee machine was missing paper towels and soap. Please ensure that if hand sinks are available that soap and paper towels are also accessible.
- F2.7B Handwashing station must be supplied with liquid soap in a dispenser.
- F2.7C Handwashing station must be supplied with single-service product for drying hands.
