- Observation(s): Open cooler unit: Sandwiches near front of shelf were at 5.7 C Back of shelf is 3.5 to 4 C.... keep sandwiches and other perishables closer to back of the shelf. Alternately, move sandwiches to another cooler that can consistently maintain product at or below 4 C. Creamers cooler: 2.6 C; Main cooler: 4 C (at dairy products)

- Observation(s): Quat test strips are needed to monitor sanitizer concentration
