- Observation(s): Holes around plumbing fixtures present possible entry points for pests. Operator is aware of the issue, and is getting equipment switched out in the area. Mouse traps are set around the opening. Storage racks should be at least 6 inches up off the floor to allow cleaning underneath. Suggest moving drink storage to clean and getting new storage rack. Back room storage needs organizing and cleaning.
