Observed debris on the floor in the walk-in fridge. Clean floor. in walk-in fridge. Observed missing baseboards. Provide new baseboards. Observed holes in the wall. Repair/fill holes. Observed pop spills (fresh and old) on the floor. Clean floor.

      • Clean the following areas: the floor under the boxes of syrup for fountain drinks, the wall located to the right hand side of the boxes of syrup for fountain drinks, the floor in the walk-in fridge and the floors under all shelving units in the fback of the stored.

      • Observed drip tray on the slushie machine to have an accumulation of debris. Clean drip tray. Drip tray should be cleaned every day.
